Guidance counsellor Social Policy and Social Security Studies
The guidance counsellors are elected by the departmental council. They are neutral mediators for the members of the faculty (students as well as employees) who, under absolute confidentiality,
- offer trustworthy assistance with personal problems in the university or private environment,
- mediate in interpersonal conflicts,
- establish contact with professional counseling centers upon request, and
- search for solutions together.
