Login help

There is a multitude of systems at Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University. To help you find your way around the login jungle, we have explained where you can find your login portal below.

University and District Library

Members of the H-BRS who wish to register for the Library have to submit their service or student identity card. You can find your user number for the Library on the reverse side of the respective card. All information on logging into the library can be found on the Library web pages or directly via the following link "Library Code".

Websites and intranet for employees

The top right-hand side of the university website contains the login area for employees of H-BRS and web editors in the university's content management system. Employees can find information on more internal systems on the Target Group page.

Applying and applicant status

Prospective students can find out everything they need to know about the application process from the Application page. "After having applied for admission" on the Application page lists all of the important links that you will need to continue your application or query its status.

Student systems: SIS and student mail server

The  Students page ("Email, web tools, internet access") contains information on the login pages of the student information system SIS and the student mail server. Some of the departments operate their own systems. Access information can be obtained from the relevant department.

LEA - the H-BRS learning platform

LEA is available to all members of the university. Students must register once in the University and District Library in order to activate their LEA account. Teaching staff are given access by LEA Support

AGUM – Occupational health and safety management system

AGUM provides a systematic recording and documentation of structures, processes, procedures and behaviours in order to integrate occupational health and safety protection into operational processes.

AGUM can be used from the university network without credentials.
