International Office
Social Media Ambassador Program
Join our Ambassador Program - Tell Your Story!
As a social media ambassador...
...you will create creative content at least once a month, which we publish on the H-BRS Instagram account. This includes posts, reels, stories, and more!
Our expectations:
We expect our International Office ambassadors to reflect on their experiences abroad and share tips with their fellow students. This includes, for example, their motivation for studying abroad, the application process, experiences upon arrival, academic insights, leisure activities, language acquisition and cultural discoveries. Through their personal experiences, they contribute to conveying a vivid picture of studying abroad and offer valuable insights to interested students.
Three stages of content creation:
- Introduction: An introduction of yourself, your academic interests, and your motivation for a semester abroad.
- Share your daily student life: Give a glimpse into your campus and your daily student routine.
- Discuss challenges and share insights: Share your experiences as an exchange student and reflect on your stay.
Publishing options:
- You can send your content either directly to us or you can also publish it on your own channels.
Focus on video:
- The focus should be on Instagram REELS or videos with a voiceover. But photos are also fine!
Additional conditions:
- Your active participation: At least one post per month.
- Creative freedom, as long as you adhere to our guidelines.
- Monthly brainstorming meetings (by arrangement)
Your benefits:
- You will receive an ambassador certificate.
- You will maintain close contact with the International Office.
- You will play a significant role in participating in various events organized by the office.
- You will receive support with equipment from the 'Video Lab'.
*Please note that the ambassador role is unpaid.
