Required language courses in the Department of Management Sciences

In the Department of Management Sciences, the following language courses must be completed in the Bachelor's degree programmes in Business Management, Business Psychology and International Business:
Bachelor in Business Management

Students enrolled in the bachelor's degree programme Business Management have to successfully complete the following foreign language course in accordance with the respective study and examination regulations (Studien- und Prüfungsordnung) applicable to them:

  • second semester: Business Language

Currently, students can choose between the language courses Business English, Business French, Business Spanish and Business German. Please note the current offer for all languages - except English. Further information can be found in the module handbook.

 

Bachelor in Business Psychology

Students enrolled in the bachelor's degree programme Business Psychology have to successfully complete the following foreign language course in accordance with the respective study and examination regulations (Studien- und Prüfungsordnung) applicable to them:

  • second semester: Business English and Intercultural Communication

 

Bachelor in International Business

Students enrolled in the bachelor's degree programme International Business have to successfully complete the following foreign language courses in accordance with the respective study and examination regulations (Studien- und Prüfungsordnung) applicable to them:

  • first semester: Intercultural Communication
  • second to fourth semester: Languages

 

Recognition of externally completed courses

If you have taken a language course at another university or comparable institution and passed examinations there, these may be recognised.
